Auchenblae Cinema was has first conceived in 2010 and has been 5 years in the making. Our aim was to bring the full cinema experience to Auchenblae and surrounding villages without the expense of traveling to Aberdeen. We have installed a permanent professional 7.1 surround sound setup , full HD projection system and 5.5 meter screen to give what we think is the best cinema experience in the Mearns . We now have added a 4K laser projector and full pre Dolby Atmos and DTS surround sound processor to give that enhanced cinema experience.
Our screenings are held on the last Saturday of the month. Entry is free to all . Details of upcoming films are available on the noticeboard inside the Auchenblae Hall or by becoming a member of the Auchenblae Cinema Club.
